EASY ROOF structure is a trilayer bimaterial made of ABS and PMMA , thus guaranteeing :

An excellent thermal resistance to ageing.

Properties in relation with changes in temperatures toughness and shock resistance are maintained. ABS also provides luminosity, rigidity and is easy to work with.

To conclude, PMMA is a top quality material , with an attractive look, transparent, rigid and resistant to atmospheric agents.

Strength and advantages of this material have been fully proved. It is used in activities where mechanical and physical resistance is severely tested in difficult climatic and physic conditions (highly wet environment, high exposure to UV, saline sector…). This material is also used in extremely demanding branches of industry. Thus for example, we find it in the nautical field (technical parts, boats) but also in the wind one (engine cowling), in the car industry (technical parts, elements of body and safety, cars without driving license), electric household appliances ...

An EASY ROOF kit includes frames which fit the various sizes of PV modules as well as the sides and tops flashings necessary for the installation. It also includes brackets, fixing clamps as well as screws and bolts necessary for the assembly.

Thanks to an ingenious patented interlocking process, the various parts of EASY ROOF fit perfectly together, without any cutting. The module added on the EASY ROOF frame completes the waterproofness.

No additional seal is necessary.

EASY ROOF offers many possibilities : Installation on a complete roof, in the middle of a roof, at the edge of a roof, contour of window, chimney, with a shift between PV modules ...

All types of installations of EASY ROOF are possible : portrait, pyramid and free formats !

No. The direction and the principle of overlapping of the elements would not be respected. The system would not be waterproof.

On the other hand, it is possible to combine EASY ROOF PORTRAIT and LANDSCAPE frames in the same installation.

EASY ROOF is ideal for residential roofs, commercial and public buildings, agricultural and industrial roofs.

From a 40 °C slope, we require the use of a film under the roof before fixing the EASY ROOF mounting system. This under roof film must comply with regulations. Under 40 °C please refer to roofing regulations.
